What is Plaque Psoriasis
The most common form of psoriasis is Plaque psoriasis also known as psoriasis vulgaris (vulgaris meaning common). The characteristic symptoms include inflamed skin lesions topped with silvery white scales. The scales are actually a buildup of dead skin cells.
